Standard Return and Refund Policy
We stand behind our goods and services and want our customer to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of all our valuable customers.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is Damaged /Defective/Wrong then you may return the merchandise. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items within 3 days from the date on which it was delivered.
1. In case you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, we might request you to email us and share snapshot or video (if required/requested) including your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
1. Used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
2. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, Beauty products, perfumes/deodorant, pants, socks and clothing freebies, Jeweler (Such as Gold) etc.
3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
5. Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
6. All Digital products are non-returnable.
If you already own one of the products we sell, the manufacturer is the best source for troubleshooting. Please contact them at the number listed in your instruction booklet.
1-if you would like to cancel your order before shipment, we will refund you the total amount within10-14 working days.
2-Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Note: - If any cash on delivery order is eligible for the refund, then the refund will be done in IDCO. account as in Ucredit which will be valid for 1 year.
We do not offer refunds for sale items unless they are faulty.
